Can l track my item?
After the order is sent, the email will automatically send the tracking number to you, and you can use this tracking number to track. If you cannot receive the email, please contact us as soon as possible and we will track the logistics information for you.
Can it be shipped anywhere in the United States?
In North America, we deliver to Continental United States. Please note we may not be able to ship to certain remote/isolated areas of these regions. If this is the case, we will contact you for alternative solutions.
What' your warranty policy?
HikNight offers a one-year warranty on all e-bikes, for more specific warranties, please check the warranty policy.
What's your return policy?
Customers are allowed to submit a return request within 14 days of delivery via support@hiknightebike.com. For more specific return and refund, pls check our return policy.
How do i get invoice for my order?
Please contact our customer service at support@hiknightebike.com and provide your order number. Our team will email you an official digital invoice.
How can i return or replace my product?

Does My Hiknight E-Bike Come Pre-Assembled?
Your Hiknight e-bike will arrive partially assembled. You’ll only need to attach a few components after unboxing, such as the front wheel, handlebar, pedals, and seat.
