We provide electric bicycle shipping services across North America (USA & Canada) and Europe (EU & UK) using established carriers (FedEx, USPS...). We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during transit.
Before placing an order, please carefully read the following information:
We provide delivery service for electric bicycles. Please be advised that all applicable sales taxes, VAT, and other local government fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Bicycles will be dispatched from regional warehouses typically within 1–2 business days (excluding pre-orders). Delivery time is estimated to be 2–7 business days depending on your location. Accessories and extra parts may ship separately.
⚠️ SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS & NON-DELIVERY ZONES:
- USA: We DO NOT ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.
- Canada: We DO NOT ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or PO Boxes.
- Europe: We DO NOT ship to overseas territories or remote islands (e.g., Canary Islands, French DOM-TOM, Ceuta & Melilla, Azores, Madeira, Faroe Islands, Malta, or Cyprus).

Processing Time: Generally, it takes 1-2 business days to process the order after receiving it. Please allow additional time for updating tracking information, as there might be minor delays with local couriers. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays or Sundays.

Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing detailed tracking information so that you can follow its journey.
- You can also track your order's delivery status on our official website: https://hiknightebike.com/apps/17TRACK
- Upon receiving your order, we will automatically contact our warehouse to confirm its availability and prepare for immediate shipment.
- If your items are out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you via email.
- If your items are ready for immediate shipment, we will generate a shipping label via FedEx, USPS...
- If you haven't received this information for any reason or need further shipping details, please email support@hiknightebike.com, and we will update you on the progress of your order.
Regarding Bike Pre-orders:
- Pre-ordered items will be shipped based on the pre-sale time indicated on the product name.
- All other products in stock (not pre-ordered) will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Order Cancellation Service:
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact us promptly. We can cancel the order and refund the amount paid before the goods are delivered to courier networks (FedEx, USPS...). Once the goods are picked up, the order cannot be canceled mid-transit. For returns or exchanges, please refer to our return policy.
Order Delivery and Signature:
- Due to the transportation of electric bikes requiring a signature confirmation, this is due to the high value of the product and restrictions regarding the delivery of high-capacity lithium batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave the package unattended. The shipping carrier can obtain visual confirmation from the recipient of the package as an alternative to an actual signature.
