Hiknight Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hiknight purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, please review the following return and refund policy.

Note: This policy applies only to original consumers who purchased from authorized Hiknight dealers.
If you are not the original owner (e.g., second-hand user), or if you have modified or replaced components yourself, you are not eligible for returns or refunds under this policy.


Cancellation Policy

Before shipping:

  • 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount
  • No shipping fee will be charged

After shipping / refused / intercepted:

  • $150 shipping fee will be deducted per e-bike
  • No additional 5% cancellation fee after shipping.

Unauthorized refusal or interception will be treated as shipped orders and charged accordingly.


Return Policy (Non-Quality Issues)

  • Return request must be made within 15 calendar days of receipt
  • Mileage is under 10 miles
  • No wear, stains, odors, or missing parts
  • Returned in original packaging with all accessories (battery, charger, keys, tools, etc.)
  • Return requests must be authorized by support@hiknightebike.com before processing.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Returns are not accepted for non-quality issues after 15 days.


Return Shipping Fees (Non-Quality Issues)

- Return shipping is at customer’s expense and non-refundable.
- If the customer returns by self-shipping, Hiknight is not liable for loss and may charge up to 20% restocking fee.


Exchange Policy (Non-Quality Issues)

  • Same model, different color: $100 per unit
  • Different model: $100 per unit + price difference

Over 15 days: no exchanges accepted.

Quality Issues After 15 Days

Returns are not accepted after 15 days, but:

  • Free replacement parts
  • Partial refund possible

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, local repair is recommended. Compensation is available under these conditions:

  • Official digital/printed invoice required (handwritten not accepted)
  • One free replacement per part only
