Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
When my order ship and by which shipping carrier?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 workingdays normally. We have Fedex Ground as the primary mode oftransportation.
How long does it take to recharge the battery?
We are equipped with super fast chargers, approximate charging time is about 4~6 hours
What's the speed of the ebike?
The normal speed of our bikes is 15.5 mph, and we can go up to 28 mph with the throttle.
Does the bike come with most assembly?
Most of our bikes are pre-installed, and youcan also view the manua and installationvideo.
What is the difference between dual motor and single motor of e-bike?
Single motor only drives the rear wheel, the motor power is smaller, suitable for urban as well as highway riding, dual motor front and rear work together, can output double the torque and power, accelerate more quickly, climb more easily, suitable for rugged mountainous field adventure.
