Battery last a long time if your conservative on your speeds because this thing can almost hit 40mph! And the speeds are accurate! I wish it had a thumb throttle option! I love the horn and lights they all work pretty well at night! I’m glad I bought 2 of these for me and the wife! She has some difficulty when she stops to put feet on the ground as she is a little short for this frame, but she manages! I would definitely buy another one if needed! AAAAAAA+++++++

Well I guess I will start with the good. Very fast shipping. Bike frame feals sturdy, good battery, dual motor to get up steep hills, and extra brake pads this will keep me riding when I notice that they need changed which will give me time to order replacement. Now for the not so good. Did not have shock damping adjustment knob like the web sight said when I ordered. Contacted support and was told due to recent product upgrades and design updates, the H6 Pro no longer includes the adjustable front fork feature but the H2 does. This has now been removed from the bike page but if you look up replacement forks it says for $256 dollars that I can get replacement forks with adjustable suspension. So if i want what I originally thought I was paying for I would have to pay a extra 256 dollars and hope maybe the replacement would have it. I think if I choose to have this feature in the future I will buy from somewhere else. So I guess you get what you pay for and don't know if something else has been changed with product updates that was not changed on there sight.

This is a very solid and well-built off-road e-bike. The 180Nm of torque makes a huge difference when riding off-road, especially through muddy or sandy terrain where the handling feels extremely capable and confident. I also really appreciate the built-in turn signals and the high-contrast color display, which remains easy to read even under bright midday sunlight. The adjustable handlebars also helped me find a much more comfortable riding position.
The Shimano 7-speed gearing was perfectly tuned right out of the box and works very smoothly with the motor power. Although the bike is fairly heavy, the dual suspension system makes the 380 lbs maximum load feel stable and easy to manage. I also absolutely love the rear taillight — it looks amazing and is very eye-catching, which makes me feel much safer riding at night.
The bike arrived very well packaged, and assembly was simple and straightforward. For anyone who truly enjoys high-performance e-bikes, this is definitely a 5-star product.

So, I ordered the Black and White version during the Memorial Day sale. It arrived in about 5 days, and the packaging was really secure—no scratches or dents. Unboxing took about 15 minutes, and putting it together was a breeze; maybe 30 minutes tops. I charged the battery to 100%, checked the tire pressure, and took it for a spin around the neighborhood. First impression: Wow, it’s fast! I hit 35 MPH easily on my first try. The display is really bright and shows you everything you need. I rode it to the store, then through a local park trail, and then back home. Totaled about 15 miles and the battery bar barely moved. The seat is actually pretty comfortable for a stock saddle, too. Everything works exactly as advertised. It's a big, powerful bike that turns heads everywhere I go. Looking forward to many more miles on this thing!

I’ve had my Balck H6 Pro for about a month now and I’m still finding reasons to head out. Even with the December temperatures dropping, the battery is still giving me plenty of range to explore the local trails. The one-piece frame is super quiet—no annoying squeaks even on rough roads. I’ve been taking it to the local store instead of my car because it’s just easier to park and way more fun to ride. The fenders have been a lifesaver with the slush on the roads, keeping my pants dry. Bike is good for the price

Being 6'3" and 290 lbs, I’ve always worried about ebikes feeling flimsy under me. The White H6 Pro is the complete opposite. The 380 LBS load capacity is legit. The one-piece off-road frame doesn't flex at all, and the dual suspension supports my weight perfectly without bottoming out. The power of the dual 1500W motors is impressive.
The 180Nm of torque makes pulling away from a stoplight effortless. I also appreciate the 52V 20Ah battery’s capacity; I’m still getting over 65 miles of range on a charge even with the hilly terrain in my neighborhood. The hydraulic brakes provide incredible stopping power, which gives me peace of mind in traffic. Assembly was straightforward and took about 40 minutes. The free accessories—phone holder, lock, and frame bag—are actually heavy-duty and useful. This bike feels like it was custom-built for larger riders who need real power and a sturdy frame. There are so many color options that it was almost overwhelming. In the end, I chose black and orange because it looks more stylish. The actual product matches it well—no color difference, and it looks very eye-catching. I think I’m going to be a very noticeable rider now.
Although it only has a front suspension, it is adjustable. Even if the adjustment range isn’t huge, it’s already enough for me. At this price point, it’s hard to find a dual-drive e-bike like this, so I would definitely recommend it. I’m going to meet my friends this weekend, and I hope they’ll like my e-bike too.

Skip those other bikes! This is the one you want. Awesome E-bike. Aluminum making it a really lightweight and strong. Duel motor really makes a big difference when climbing hills. This bike can go anywhere. Everything feels high quality. I have 4 other e-bikes this is my go to bike. It’s just the funnest, fastest, Best!

I researched as everyone does before they buy a item like this. My final deciding point was the company selling the product. Sure there are bikes that look just like the one i bought, but your company so far has been very concerned about my personal experience. Im 64 and feel like im kid on this. This bike is a true enduro machine, just needs some foot pegs. The dual motor is what puts this bike to the next level, enough to pull me and the bikes weight out when you need it.

I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for two minor reasons. First, the assembly manual was a bit confusing when it came to mounting the front fender and routing the light wire—I ended up watching a YouTube video to figure it out. Second, the red motor toggle button feels a bit flimsy compared to the rest of the high-end build. However, once the bike is assembled and you’re on the road, the 180Nm of torque and the plush dual suspension make you forget all about that. The hydraulic brakes are snappy and reliable. It’s an incredible value considering it includes a rack, bag, and lock for free. Just be prepared to spend some extra time on the initial setup.
