Ours just arrived today, very impressed. My wife was grinning ear to ear. She was test driving while batteries were charging. Once they were done, she was over the moon.

So far I love this bike. Top speed is more like 35/36 mph but sucks the juice doing it. Range is so so, I did 37 miles on setting 3 mostly on single motor while pedaling and a few miles here and there on 5 with dual motors and I had 1 bar of power left on the meter when I was done so not sure if the power meter is accurate or not I may have to run it till it dies next time. Not sure how they calculated the range on this bike but they must’ve calculated it using setting 1 on single motor use to call it a 90+mile range bike. The shocks are springs not air so going over bumps they clank or bottom out or slap when rebounding. I would replace the rear shock to an air shock at least. Other than that I would recommend this bike to anyone looking for a good e-bike for the price.

I've had my H6 Pro for a month and I am very happy with it. The performance is as advertised and the power is awesome. I haven't had any problems to date. The only complaint I have is that the instructions are lacking. I went to the website and it is in Chinese. Most issues you can figure out with a hit or miss pursuit, but it would be helpful to have an expanded instruction manual. Two items to consider, explain how you know if you are in both or one motor phase, [button is depressed if in dual phase] and how do you delete each single trip data on the monitor. [hold down select i and minus- button at same time] All in all, a great bike with many extras others either don't have or charge extra for.

Well I guess I will start with the good. Very fast shipping. Bike frame feals sturdy, good battery, dual motor to get up steep hills, and extra brake pads this will keep me riding when I notice that they need changed which will give me time to order replacement. Now for the not so good. Did not have shock damping adjustment knob like the web sight said when I ordered. Contacted support and was told due to recent product upgrades and design updates, the H6 Pro no longer includes the adjustable front fork feature but the H2 does. This has now been removed from the bike page but if you look up replacement forks it says for $256 dollars that I can get replacement forks with adjustable suspension. So if i want what I originally thought I was paying for I would have to pay a extra 256 dollars and hope maybe the replacement would have it. I think if I choose to have this feature in the future I will buy from somewhere else. So I guess you get what you pay for and don't know if something else has been changed with product updates that was not changed on there sight.
